Port Villas are adjacent to the South Beach Marina and the famous Salty Dog Cafe, a dockside bar and restaurant that has become a favorite among repeat visitors to Hilton Head Island. The marina offers several other dining options, watersports, and nature excursions. Guests staying at Port Villas are entitled to use the South Beach pool and playground. Tennis privileges up to one hour per day are available at the South Beach Racquet Club. All these amenities are just steps from the front door of Port Villa 1612. The Atlantic Ocean beach is an easy walk too. Guests choosing to relax at their vacation home can just sit back on their patio and watch the boats glide to and from the Calibogue Sound via Braddock Cove.

    We love the Port Villa location. The townhouse layout works well for our family, the view of the lagoon is very peaceful, and the proximity to the Marina, tennis and beach couldn't be better. Unit 1612 was clean, the sofas were clean and comfortable, and the dining room worked out well. A few of the chairs are not very sturdy. The kitchen was in decent shape. The top bedroom was very warm, and the bathroom in need of major cleaning (black mildew in corners). The ceiling fan was a necessity. In spite of these drawbacks, we would return again.

    It was great to be back at 1612 and with Seacoast! We are so grateful to be able to watch our kids grow up each summer in 1612 and honored that we can stay there. Our only disappointment was the seemingly declining energy and declining luster at the Salty Dog restaurant complex

    Nice house and well equipped. Rental company very helpful with the couple of questions we did have. I'd suggest a curtain in the living room across the sliding doors. if using the pull out couch the sun hitting you at 5:45 am in the summer is a little disruptive.
