Arrival Instructions:
- Check-In is between 4pm and 6pm during summer months.
- Please either call, email rentals@seashorevacations.com, or come to our office at 11 Executive Park Road upon arrival to get arrival instructions for your property.
Office Hours:
9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
9:00am – 7:00pm Saturdays during summer (offseason hours vary).
Closed Sundays and Holidays
Late Arrival Instructions:
- Access codes and/or keys and directions to your rental property will be in an envelope with your last name in the lockbox to the right of Seashore Vacations front door.
- Your confirmation email will have instructions to access the after-hours lockbox. Please read entirely.
During Your Stay:
We look forward to seeing you on Hilton Head Island! Please be mindful that Hilton Head is an environmentally conscious community. Please be mindful of wildlife, local regulations and safety recommendations:
- Protect Sea Turtle migration & nesting! Oceanfront lights out from 10pm until 7am daily.
- Fill in sandcastle holes to avoid nest migration issues.
- Lock your doors when you’re on the beach or out-and-about. There are some that take advantage of oceanfront unlocked doors.
- Do not collect live sanddollars, starfish or other sea creatures.

Departure Instructions:
- Check-Out is 10 am.
- Please remove all trash (remember bathrooms), please start dishwasher.
- Please lock all doors and windows upon departure.
- Please do not launder sheets and/or towels. Each cleaning company removes and replaces them upon each departure clean.
- Let us know when you've checked out via voicemail, email, or phone call. Have a safe trip home!
